South Eastern part of Uzbekistan, valley of the country, is one of the prosperous regions. Along the northern boundary of the valley, there flows the Syr Darya River, which is formed by the confluence of two smaller rivers - the Karadarya and the Naryn. Their waters feed three main canals - the Big Fergana Canal, the Southern Fergana Canal and the Northern Fergana Canal - the first nation-wide constructions of the twentieth century. The big cities - Fergana, Kokand, Andijan and Namangan are pearl of Central Asia. They are located in the oases of the valley
Day 1. Tashkent
Arrival in Tashkent. Check in to the hotel. Sightseeing in Tashkent: Independence Square, Amir Timur Square, Timurids museum, Khasti Imam Complex, Kukeldash Madrasah and Chorsu Bazaar. Overnight in Tashkent.
Day 2. Tashkent — Namangan — Andijan
After breakfast, transfer to the train station for departure to Andijan. Arrival and check-in the hotel. After lunch, to enjoy the sights: Babur Literary Museum, Juma Mosque and Madrassah - built in the 19th century, Home of Akhmadbek-hadja (early 20thc.). Overnight in Andijan.
Day 3. Andijan — Fergana
After breakfast, half-day city tour in Andijan: Andijan Regional Museum, ancient settlement of Ershi - the capital of ancient state Davan. Afternoon drive to Fergana. Arrival and check in. Overnight in Fergana.
Day 4. Fergana — Margilan
Morning transfer to Margilan. Visit “Yodgorlik” Silk Factory, ancient silk producing center of Central Asia. Watch the complete process of making the silk, as this fabric passed from generation to generation to almost two thousand years. Visit other sights in Margilan: Chakar mosque, Mausoleum of Khoja Magiza. Drive back to Fergana. Overnight in Fergana.
Day 5. Fergana — Rishtan — Kokand
Drive to Kokand. On your way to Kokand, stop at Rishtan and visit ceramic workshop to attend a special training course under the guidance of Rishtan masters. Its masters famous on numerous international exhibitions. They decorate exposure of many museums in the world and private collections. Arrival and check in at the hotel. Half-day city tour in Kokand: Khudoyar-khan (Urda) Palace, Jami Mosque, Dahmai-i-Jahon Necropolis, Nurbutabiy Khan Madrasah, Madarikhan Mausoleum. Overnight in Kokand.
Day 6. Kokand — Tashkent
Transfer to the train station for departure to Tashkent. Departure from Tashkent.
